@JerryllYes I completely understand have been a professional data scientist since 2018 before i swapped it out for real estate development 2 years ago.

My overall goal for my professional career is to start an investment firm and own a big multifamily portfolio and get into development.

What is the experience of the group at performing this sort of development?  

BP Community:I’m building out a list of videos that will highlight the economic development in the specific cities/towns we invest in.

I'm now putting a lot more into public markets (index funds, stocks, Master Limited Partnerships, Business Development Companies, bonds).

To help our case, I am thinking about putting together a report of some type that would help for why this development should be accepted. 

meeting with one developer is a good start but if you have plans I'd be happy to look.

Either way, i always decide to buy additional properties as opposed to developing what i have, because I’ll continue having that and can do what i please in the future. 

(Land and construction cost, expected sale price, etc.)My last development in Chicago looked like this:Land = $300kConstruction Cost $650kHolding Cost/Closing Cost/etc. $50kProfit roughly $100kThat project was in Bucktown on the nw side of Chicago.

The surrounding lots are developed and have houses, It is not a closed community but it looks like one.
