Each unit should have a return air duct, and if little Billy in 1A is painting his model car with Testors model paint, and Susan in 2B is cooking delicious garlic bread and spaghetti dinner, the smell of both may be detectable in each others units--due to common air returns to one furnace.

And just now, I'm about to give up on the cedar siding, which would cost around $40k these days if new, because the carpenter bees find it far too delicious and vinyl is insulated.

And as I visit the area, stay there, drive around for a few weeks to get a flavor, I'd like to meet and develop a relationship with an agent well-versed in these type of deals, AND a property manager that is happy to handle a small-fry with just 3-5 units.
