But if it was an Investor looking to put $10 down so that he can assign the contract for $25k then the judge will shoot him down and threaten him for practicing RE without a license (ask me how do I know).If Investors here were organized we could defeat that ruling, I'm sure.

Getting a deposit back before a person moves out would defeat the purpose of the deposit (to pay for any damages done during tenancy and move in/out).

I'm stuck paying the PMI and if I were to refi (according to one lender) my PMI with more than double, which would defeat the purpose.
