She was finally served the court notice after several failed attempts.

From the City to the courts, the police, the litigation lawyers, the inspectors, the utility companies and worst of all the tenants. 

This requires a minimum of TWO booked and completed stays, one is not enough, as was tested in court.

If you’re selling your home to a stranger, have a solid contract that has been tested in the courts.

Then, two weeks ago, I received another letter regarding the same violations, this time with an official notice and a court hearing date in Lorain.

And whatever controversy there is, it has not been tested in courts, as far as I know.
