These events will shake all sectors of the economy and create pullback by consumers due to fear of the unknown.

Information is out there, you just have to read it, on my side, consumer relations in CA is an open book, all they need to do is read and follow.

As @Mark Miles mentioned, Option B will have a lot of hidden costs and likely hidden time-consuming repairs.
