Looks like Detroit is a pretty popular answer here...at the risk of being redundant...I'll jump on the bandwagon..In Detroit's defense, it is consistently ranked the #1 cash flow market in the country, so it's kinda inevitable.I'm pretty biased towards Metro Detroit for obvious reasons lol.

Jason I wouldn't touch Akron or Cleveland or any other area, even in columbus half o the city I wouldn't touch but all I do is new construction. after I traveled to florida it makes columbus look silly. it's good to get out of your area and expand and see and talk to people. if you go to 3 real estate conferences it will change your mindset substantially.

If they go to conferences they probably are not into anything bad - one sign I learned was especially gurus etc are all over social media and don’t go to conferences - there is a reason why.
