We have considered becoming liscensed contractors to do the work ourselves and even becoming a FHA compliant contractors.

So, if I have a partner who isn't an agent that I'm investing with and we do mail campaigns, would it be compliant if we were to just use his name on all the mailings so we wouldn't have to disclose that I am an agent?
