Human beings - are we going to have compassion for others?

This looks a lot like involuntary compassion tax.

I would agree on a situation like this with an elderly person you have to have compassion.

You can’t really go wrong selecting a brokerage as a part time “investor-agent”, especially since you will primarily be using your license for the MLS.I’ve heard so many good things from Compass.

If you had a virtual Drawing Compass on a virtual map, many (but not all) potential renters (lookers) seem to come from within a 1 mile radius to a 3 mile radius--class specific.Class C (price point) will draw a different demographic than class B (price point).So within those circles, I mean the potential renters who match the class of the offering.Good Luck!

I am a big believer that reasonable compassion and good business are very rarely at odds with each other. 

Not like Portland Weird were we have a lot of young people but they have a much more casual appearance or dress code.Like 60 minutes said Portland is a city were young people come to retire :)but back to what we do which is real estate Philly is just booming in all points of the compass coming out of down town there is serious rengentrification going on there.. and being a suburbs boy..
