We have a local roadside assistance company here that charges only $15 a month for hassle free roadside help here at the apartments and around our valley for our student tenants  that may be new to car troubles and away from home!

People are being bombarded with spam texts and calls all the time - no matter what these companies say IMO a ton of people are absolutely tired of these sorts of communications and going to start assuming/flagging anything like this as spam

My business partner and I just opened up our property managment company in the Chicago/Chicagoland area and it is not easy to do this the "right way".Honestly you can get yourself into some serious trouble if something happened with a tenant, an injury, anything and they sue and find out you don't have a license.

I would list natural and inexpensive methods of "curing cancer" that of course don't make money for the doctor and pharmaceutical companies, so they are not utilized.
