At some point, if your business takes off, the single member LLC gives you optionality to move to an S Corp (which typically means less self employment taxes). 

There’s a lot of misinformation out there, particularly around VA loan assumptions—one common misconception is that you have to be a veteran to assume a VA loan, which isn’t true!

It’s common that this topic is misrepresented.

Institutional lenders will look at your non/short employement as a negative.
