To be successfull you need a spirit inside of you that will allow you to objectively view a situation, make a rational decision, have a good math, business, and negotiating backgrounds, and in my opinion the two biggest attributes that are needed are the ability to make a decision (it sounds easy but it iw harder than most can possibly believe).

Every day, the moderators and administrators do our best to stop these characters from imposing on our members.

In the past 5 years a developer has bought a plumbing supply store, an old office supply store and some other buildings that have absolutely no character.

My work does keep me out of town often, so this attributes to my slow start into the business, but while I am away, it gives me time to learn more about investing.I look forward to meeting other Investor's.Anthony Hill

When updating bathroom plumbing and it doesn't need a full gut I don't try to salvage the tiles I make it a feature always looking to add character to my spaces. 

I have a duplex that had water issues in the basement this past blizzard/melt/rain.The story goes:This is a new duplex for us, came pre-rented, and the tenants who have been there for years said that there was only a very minor issue in one corner of the basement that we attributed to bad downspout planning.

If so, it says something about his character.

The first year has been a character-building year, with loads of lessons on what one has to know, do, and more importantly who one has to be in order to do well in this business.

I am feeling EXTREMELY motivated to be a top producer in real estate...one of my character defects is PATIENCE...I want to get things done today, not tomorrow.
