If the answer is no, there's not a great way to configure the thing, as I'm pretty sure it was built with this in mind.One thought I had was that perhaps a fire escape ladder could be installed to allow access to the roof and then another ladder or stairs installed on the roof to allow access to the yard.Any insight would be appreciated.

Hello Everyone,Sorry been busy since rehab was done back in August 2016; Took 3 months and $45K due to rotted beams for 3 rooms, new wall from bathroom to kitchen backdoor, french drain, and a bit of floorplan change (removal of door and stairs from 3rd room and connecting from living room to 3rd bedroom vs master to 3rd room).Here are some photos.

Hi @Melissa Gittens We've had to do no evictions so far, we did have to repair the stair case in the basement and we are going to re-concrete the sidewalk just for liability protection.

If you are going to focus on that area try and find properties close to school that have cemented in the community for awhile.
