Minimum credit score, minimum income, no evictions, no felonies in past 5 years, no sex offenses, 

He is listed as a low risk sex offender. 

Stackables are two seperate units which cam be stacked or used side by side.Stacksets are a single, one piece unit with dryer above and top load washer below.

The other two rooms/tenants would share the 2nd bathroom (where the washer/dryer is currently located - could be an issue).Co-ed or single sex?  

In the process of doing my research I found out one of the current tenants is a registered sex offender.

There has been no mention of race, religion, national origin, sex, age or marital status.

I don't talk to people about politics, salary, sex, or religion because all of those topics piss people off.
