There were hardly any cabinets and a door had been busted open where someone broke into the house due to it sitting vacant for so long.They apologized for the lack of communication and assured it would be better but I have had no calls or emails returned again.  

I've read hundreds of these and usually call the agent for an explanation to ensure we're protected.

I can't say I've ever heard one single solitary story about any of these potential scenarios actually happening despite a relatively high number of STRs leaving wine etc as a welcome gift.You'd think by now we'd have at least ONE post in here or in the hundreds of STR facebook groups about someone that left wine as a welcome gift and got sued after a drunk person had an accident, or got reamed out by a recovering alcoholic, etc. 

Really nice backsplash, nice cabinets nice handle bars, but you didn't at least match the dishwasher with the other appliances (black versus stainless steel) and you use granite countertops?

This is very important as we have seen at least 5 BTR builders go sideways and leave hundreds of investors in trouble.

Dimensions and layouts on these are mostly standardized so you shouldnt have any problem unless the existing cabinets are custom built for the space.

There are @ hundred registered bidders at the auctions, but most of them are too scared to put in even the minimum bid. 

Some use mail chimp, we use GHL, but there a hundred out there and it really boils down to which one you like - I like to use the analogy of buying a car, they all do the same thing - some have more bells and whistles but all do the same thing

It's a few hundred dollars, and probably worth it not to screw it up given the dollar amounts you are dealing with.
