I have so much respect for those on this forum that help out and am so thankful from the knowledge I've gained from browsing over the years.As to my question, I am looking to secure a second lien position with a personal guarantee on a hard money loan in Pasadena, CA.

Hello all -I am new to Bigger Pockets and look forward to browsing the site and networking a bit.

Even with how powerful excel is, I still chose to use Podio because having good interface and a database back end for my data is a huge advantage...plus being in the cloud doesn't hurt.

Was browsing Craigslist and found what seems to be an authentic ad from a motivated seller.

I was just browsing the site and was very underwhelmed.

There's lots of great information here about how to get started, just browse in the forums, listen to the podcasts, ask questions, interact on the site, and by doing that, you'll get to know the people that are active in your areas as well.Good luck!
