The world has changed a lot and finance has become increasingly easier, due to our beloved smartphones and internet - borders barely exist anymore - only in our minds.

Like I have several condos that I rent in Lowell and I could get a similar unit in a highly regarded border town that is identical to some of mine and get maybe $100-150 more in rent, but it would cost me $30-50K more easy to buy it.

I have set up an LLC and have accountants on both side of the border as there are tax implications when foreigners buy in the states.the hard part so far has been problems getting investors as i'm far from being a millionaire.

If you are on the border of a certain credit score to get better loan rates, you can use MyFico to track your score.

(asset depletion, pledging collateral, cross collateralization, stated income, 12 month bank statements no tax returns, etc etc)I recommend my clients project their business plans out 2 years so they can claim just enough income to qualify for what they intend to acquire and not more depending on a fine balance between income display and tax strategy.

In my opinion, that borders very heavily on violating fair housing laws because sex is a protected class.

Get stuff within 10min or so of the border and I am very interested (say like Nashua, Hudson, Pelham, Salem...).Good luck!
