INDEMNIFICATION: The Owner shall indemnify and hold harmless  Property Managemer  from and against claims, demands, losses, costs, damages, actions, suits, or proceedings (hereinafter called "claims"), by third parties that arise out of, or are attributable to, the Property Manager's performance of the agreement provided such claims are:1. attributable to bodily injury, sickness, disease, or death, or to injury to or destruction oftangible property, and;2. caused by negligent acts or omissions of the Property Manager or anyone for whose acts the Property Manager may be liable.

Odds are good the lot was surveyed before you built on it and may even have metal post markers still visible.

If there happen to be a "tenant" that had a very loud sound system that played heavy death metal 24 hours a day would that be breaking any laws? 

I am wondering if anyone out there has experience with older metal fire escape related concerns or issues in MD DC and VA metro. 

New metal roof, water heater, windows, HVAC, etc. all the boring big ticket expenses have been covered for us.

I used to assume that the PVC drain pipes were not susceptible to roots or other issues like the old clay metal pipes.

The fee would be a lot less than that too of they had just secured the main entrances and doors with plywood or something like a $200 metal security door from Homedepot...it's just common sense..not a lot of people have it these days.. 

All it took is watching a video on Youtube, a trip to wonderland aka Home Depot (that place is now a little less intimidating after I spent 30 min roaming its endless aisles looking for bolts). point of this post is instead of asking someone to fix it for me I chose to do it myself regardless of how little I knew about it (had no clue how that metal rod just magically hangs to the wall hahaha). 

I just rewired a fairly small 3-bedroom 1-story home, charged $21,000 and when all the tallying was done the cost for wire, metal flex, new light fixtures, 200-amp distribution panel, permits, carbon monoxide and smoke detectors, plaster and stucco patching holes, sales commission, labor and overhead was about $15,000 leaving me with a $6,000 profit (30%).

I have to remember to install the metal brackets or pan ($10-25) to the studs to make sure it doesn’t vibrate itself off the wall.
