Slow bleeding is better than fast bleeding.

It is kind of like asking if you want to get shot (sell now) or bleed to death (hold the properties).

Are they saving us money in the long run or bleeding us dry?

Now you bleed money for 4 weeks straight and totally disregard PPC as an effective way to generate leads.

My dad built subdivisions in Monte Rio and Gueneville in the 60's  well better stated took existing lots of record and punched roads in and water lines... there are thousands of those type of lots...this seller is most likely trying to fleece this buyer who knows no better.If one of you want to send me the parcel number I can give you a good idea of where it is and what if anything can be done... with it...

I would avoid laminate, simply due to ware and tear and the way it swells up when its gets wet.  

Many can't take the bleeding during a black swan and sell.
