I've bought 9 more since the interview, but now this low inventory has stopped me cold.

Want to live in the matrix where you hear what you want to hear, or do you want to accept the cold harsh truth and have a chance to change your strategies so you actually can become successful?

This seems oversaturated and un-strategic, but I know my neighborhood well and believe I could differentiate here as well.Engagement sequence would be a mailer with a handwritten address, cold call, text follow up, cold call, email, then qualify / disqualify leads.Using my rental income, I have a ~$1k / month budget for marketing and tools.

My thinking here is this is similar to cold calling. 

It's cold as heck there, which is why there is still remants of a glacier.

Whats the cold hard truth thats so bad?

Do people dive into it cold turkey? 

Some apartments might be burning hot and others cold as ice.  

Have your numbers, know them cold.
