Why do you say its bad for the original owner long term?

Bad tenants and squatters are wholly different situations.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

A PMC can get a bad reputation really fast and be forced to use only the WORST contractors that are unreliable hacks. 

Like most countries, Spain will tax you on your worldwide income if you're a resident, as does the US in most countries (so maybe it's not a bad thing that Canada isn't the 51st state - LOL again).

I've seen a few hundred dollars for lease renewals versus they may charge a month's rent to find a tenant and you are reducing the risk of having a bad tenant with the turnover.

Wholesaling is risky, because there are a ton of bad players out there, and so most brokerages don't even allow it because there is so much risk, and the principle broker is risking their livelyhood. 

If you decide you need a third choice and didn’t choose them already.
