Agents like the one who sold you this property give us all a bad reputation.

The initial video that I took of the home had 510k views on Tiktok because of how much stuff was left and how bad of shape the home was in.

I thought it would be funny to cite his book and then do an outrageously bad job of asking. 

If the water would have came back bad we were prepared to replace the pipe but was told this repair would be around $8K. 

I said my bad experience was with their affiliates, there’s a difference. 

Reason #1:  If you're not careful even a bad lawyer can get it turned into a purchase, with all of the rent credited to the purchase. 

$2300 down is a (bad) joke.

GPS isn't always 100% accurate and trying to open the door of the wrong house can have seriously bad consequences.
