If the borrower already was foreclosed on, how are they still in the property and available to do the deal?

I think we both agree that my team could have done better on the front end at setting your expectations from us on timing and availability of houses that meet your needs.  

The team and then myself, all tried to set their expectations, but to no avail.

I really believe that we live in a time where all the information you need to do just about anything is available for free online.

Having 2-3 contractors in each field is important, as your preferred guy won't always be available.
