Are there good one's sure but as long as BP continues to tout the process on Pod casts and bP member promulgate the activity it just amateur hour.. with everyone having an opinion.. and we all know some folks are just out in the left field and only out for themselves financial sociopaths really.

Have been lurking in the forums and listening from the podcasts trying to figure out my next move as an amateur real estate investor.

Rentec, Cozy.co, and TenantCloud are free or nearly free and good enough for an amateur investor.Once you've used something for a while and figured out the weaknesses, then you can shop around for something that meets your specific needs.

However, it's not "correct" because even an amateur would expect that tile to be installed horizontally, not vertically.

It's that you're an amateur Landlord.He had "bad bad credit" but you call him a good tenant.

Upon more 'amateur' digging I found the property could have substantial equity so I knocked there first.
