Does anyone know if there is an "official" DISC site or the best way to administer the test to my Team? 

Biden blames congress, blames republicans, blames states for not administering assistance and blames landlords for not seeking assistance.

If you keep the prices for room-rent fairly low it will become an attractive place to rent, so you will not have to do anything except pay bills and maintenance (which tenants will also administer). 

I did some research and learned the city/county must have a local Public Housing Authority which can administer the voucher. 

If they administered the funds, there would be no need for the moratorium.

A MUCH better use of real estate syndication is where the sponsor invests a SIGNIFICANT amount of capital himself and utilizes the “promote” for putting, managing, finding and administering the deal to enhance his ROI into triple digits.  

All IRA based plans are required to have a custodian to administer and report on the account.

The county Public Administrator will eventually start Notice of Petition to Administer Estate.

I’d only ad that there are 50 state real estate commissions that regulate and administer real estate law in each state.
