II have this company that says that there lend me unsecured payment but they wanted a processing fee but they want me to go to Walmart and do a Walmart to Walmart transaction which sounds kind of like a scam

It's my understanding that a real estate degree can allow you entry into the corporate real estate world, like planning new Walmart or Target stores, corporate offices, corporate relocations, etc., so would be worth it if that is interesting to you.   

Winchester Plaza has a brand new Starbucks, Walmart, Publix, Mcdonald's, CVS, etc. to serve the growing community. 

Walmart, Target, Starbucks within 15min also, It’s close to major roads and without traffic it is 45min. away from D.C.

But when you buy Walmart you're not betting on appreciation - youre buying cash flow first. 

Scrambled on move-in day when the tenants informed me, immediately ordered at 120v small dryer from Walmart and found a washer to hook up.

OR ask him/her to pick up one of the red/blue $50 jobs at Lowes or Walmart and throw her a $20.

One can only hope that stores like Wal-mart and Aldi did an extensive research.
