My cleaners (small independent woman, sister and friend) swap  to a laundry service.  

Maybe we could network some night and swap notes on recommended lenders, contractors, etc.

If the LLC is indeed the taxpayer and internal changes in membership do not affect the 1031 status of the property, then I suppose that the "swap 'til you drop" tactic does not apply.  

However, they just used that party for a paint job or to swap out some light fixtures.

I'm so happy to find a place where like minded folks can swap and share info, tactics and experiences. 

I looked into a duplex about a year ago and I thought about swapping the house we have in Surrey for the duplex in Nanaimo to diversify a bit from the Lower Mainland, but in the end decided not to act, partly because I didn't know the market well enough.

He might be trying to swap his note in the next purchase, too.Getting 100% financing isn't always the best thing to do.

Do you get Commercial Insurance ON TOP OF home/condo insurance of each of your property or are they swapped?
