Check out the STR forum where you'll find some great information and will see questions and answers from those who have successfully scaled STR businesses.

In order to put a property under contract I need to provide proof of funds I know that I can get that from a hard money lender but I don’t meet there criteria for a loan approval what should I do?

As a real estate agent based in New York, specifically on Long Island, I'm eager to hear from anyone who has experience with BRRRR properties in this area or has valuable tips to share.

This is useful information but much more useful would be a look at the pitfalls.
