Roughly speaking, that's from Scituate to the Cape Cod Canal, west to about Route 24.For the price of an average home in Somerville, Cambridge, Brookline and most of Boston, you can get something spectacular in some very nice towns in Plymouth County.Look at www.MBTA.com to see whether the commuter rail (sometimes called the "purple line") can be useful for your commute.

Stained concrete is just way too taste specific for a flip.I say stick to conventional flooring and finishes in the house, and if it makes sense for the flip/neighborhood to do a bonus space like a man cave or finished basement, then put the concrete floors in that space.Here's a few Houzz albums that might give you ideas for the rest of house:http://www.houzz.com/projects/1203985/alta-vista-r...http://www.houzz.com/projects/1172212/elite-remode...

Heck, the agent probably couldn't be 100% sure, but the basement had all it's windows blacked out, blacked walls, fluorescent lights, security cameras around the property (this was in a very nice neighborhood), and a weird Purple Light at the front door.Oh, and another tip, besides doubling checking the disclosure forms, always put them online!!!
