I just set up my vrbo account and still some finer details about planning the communication, cleaning service, maintenance persons, etc…

The title company will handle clearing the title but won’t manage personal agreements.

OTM was more a round table discussion of current events, predictions, news etc as it related to real estate, where the hosts also provide some great personal stories that relate to the topics discussed. 

We are now at 21 doors under management and 3 are personal units that we self manage.

Haven’t used it personally but a good friend of mine who self manages around 20 doors uses it and swears by it. 

I highly recommend going to meetups and talking to investors in person. 

Real estate investing is forgiving; the average person can still make money even with some big mistakes.
