I am a big fan of preventive measures, but is this something I should really jump on right away?

I think in the end, as long as I'm measuring where I stand in relation to my overall goals, then I'll be just fine.  

Are they measuring and drafting up plans from scratch?

A cap rate measures the value of a NOI for commercial properties. 

On that site are investors investing in a security in the company that holds the notes, or are they investing in the note itself (I realize is also a security, but I am trying to ask if they own the note or hold a fictionalized interest)Also I am curious what metric you are using to measure liquidity.

It is also measured by a landlords perceived responsibility to our industry.
