Me personally I want to get stated, but sometimes I just feel like I still have a lot to learn.

The pics, snippets and videos of influencers living a particular lifestyle are selling people emtpy dreams. 

Once I gave in and bought a few only to not have assistance and no clear direction so frustration took over and I was still learning but needed direction, I finally found a group of investors to help me,  guide me,  and teach me the ins and outs of the industry.If I am not working deals learning the ropes or watching videos for extra information in real estate investing you can find me at my full time career as a Auto Injury Claims Specialist with big red.

Initially the only person with a key was the responsible manager from the company but we found youtube videos showing how to break it - can't assign blame but something was not smelling good.

Also if you burn a seller/broker, its a much smaller world in CRE, you will be hard pressed to get another deal.I did a longer video on the topic!

Personal Videos - Sending personal videos to your client whether that'd be congratulating them on getting under contract or getting to closing is a great way to connect.
