I was one of the first in the area to build a modern home about 6yrs ago, now people are looking at me wondering why my new builds are not modern. 

The entire interior was repainted a lighter modern color and LVP flooring was installed.

Modern kitchen, latest fixtures, blah blah.  

Again, not to say there can't be bigger issues, but I have had more issues with the quality of construction in modern updates than I have ever had in the original items.  

That update includes 3 possible action plans.Continue with things as is for the next two weeks.Lower the price by X amount.Perform X amount of premium upgrades or improvements to the property.From there we follow up in a similar fashion every two weeks.

Many modern options (none of them perfect, most adequate) that charge much less than that. 

In our modern society, we can identify as anything we choose.

Wow, that's quite a modern design.

In modern houses they aren't desirable.
