If someone wants to purchase that house then, as long as your state/broker allows dual agency, you would represent them on the buying side and get paid your part of the commission.

I would be cautious using these to turn a 3.4 usg (or older) toilet into a low-flush or dual flush is asking for dissatisfaction.  

The property has dual driveways with RV gates on both sides of the house perfect for a 2 unit MFH.

In my area, a 5 % commission for dual agency is no exception.

We do dual agency but it's fairly uncommon here.

You don't need to do a dual closing you could have your fees paid at closing as expenses to the seller under contract for the repairs.

The sellers recently replaced all the windows with dual pane vinyl units.
