Especially if they are daily practitioners.What would be your concern?

Private equity firms contact me daily about a company I have listed, and most of them are just time wasters. 

I "use" them daily and they help me make informed decisions on what a good investment is.

I think a daily allocation of 15-30 minutes for thoughtful communication on top of automations is probably a good starting point.An example that comes to mind is modifying an automated message going out for something personal that the guest shared with you in their communication so it has a warmer touch but the bulk of the lifting is still the base guest messaging.

The calendars for our properties are filling up decently, but it is taking daily work on rates to get that done.
