I don't recommend finding tenants and then drawing up a lease, but that ship has already sailed.

do you have registered securities folks selling your investment memberships.. somewhere I think i learned that only registered series 7 type folks could get compensated .. if they were NOT employees of the mother ship..  

If someone is running a tight ship, paid meetups are actually better because the tire kickers do not show up.

Certainly don't recommend you jump ship from your job just yet.
