I also had a chair moved right up to my bedroom window and as I stated before there have been multiple break ins in the area and packages stolen off other front porches and the neighbors lawn guy had his truck broken in to while parked on the road in between the neighbors house and the house I am renting.

The home disclousre said the owner only smoked outside on the back patio, and we did see a small metal bucket outside by a chair at back the corner of the house that was full of cigarette butts and empty cigarette packs (like dedicted trash bin for cigaretts that was only emptied when full).
