I have looked at the laws but, as you might imagine, there is not a clear black and white statement on this. 

I have a printed out RTA copy that I have reviewed a couple of times, but the phrasing in it  seems to not plainly outline exactly what is the "black and white" of some circumstances and leaves a lot open to interpretation.

I would consider a light gray or taupe to go nicely with the black shutters.

I have been able to find buildings in the black cash-on-cash by a few percentage points that (I believe) will also appreciate due to proximity to the Bay. 

The Chicago laws are not only tenant-friendly, but black and white which doesn't allow for a judge to use common sense.

I mostly did it to escape the black hole of renting, and I'm now working on increasing my income so that I can start buying rentals.

If it is black and white spelled out as to who will do what then if a partner doesn't hold up their end then legal stuff can be done at that point. 

They may be shocked when they find out but it is legal, written in black and white! 

Is this sudden price hike and change in features a marketing ploy in anticipation of a Black Friday and/or Cyber Monday sale that will bring the prices back down to where they were 48 hours ago?
