That's the current 'truth' in real estate, bitcoin, crypro, ... seems like everything.

I will invest (haha, that is a poor use of the word here) $100 in Bitcoin without thinking too much about it - just like playing a game of poker.

If only the buyer was accepting bitCoin.... :)

Using your logic, investing in bitcoin is many thousands of times more profitable than investing in stocks.Why aren't you putting every penny you have into bitcoin when I just provided an example of how much more lucrative bitcoin is than stocks?

There is a guy on DayTraders.com or some site asking us why are we playing with real estate.There is a woman on BitCoins-R-Us getting on my case to jump in while it's still hot in digital currency.And a Subway franchisee really let me have it the other day.They are all "right" I guess.

Bitcoin at $1, me: "that is so stupid".

@Andrew Ware  Every investor has the same risks of personal issues to deal with.. and extraneous issues out of their control.as much as anything I see a lot of people jumping into buy and hold ( and of course you have to start somewhere) but they don't even know if they like landlording or not.. or have the temperament for it. only to discover they don't.... and you better have appreciation or your going to lose money when your 3 cash flow properties in that don't go up in value and you say to yourself I don't like this I want to sell and buy notes or I want to only do short term lending or I only want to invest with a natinoaly ranked syndicator or I only want to buy REITS or I want Bitcoin..
