The great thing about cell towers and billboards is that they usually don't count as taxable improvements in terms of real estate taxes - although sometimes there is a small structure alongside a cell tower that may be taxed.

I would argue that if you are doing this as an endeavor and do not have the full support of your family, and structure your life around the endeavor so that the family is taken care of equally along side the business, then you will struggle. 

He is coming up with ideas of how to sell properties, and I finally feel he is running right alongside me at the pace of the business.
