This could include an easement(ingress/egress), shared costs(s) to maintain the well, or usage/owner.

If a potential client is using 1031's they will appreciate a realtor they don't have to educate.

Just because "1000's use it", doesn't make it a good idea.

This is an early 1900’s property, so was expecting issues (which there were many before the foundation issues).
