Excellent schools get people up here and then they love it.PS- I do have a nice 3 bedroom for under $400K available- tenant occupied :) Another option is to go the cash flow route in the midwest- I have several there as well.I would be happy to discuss.

Perhaps a nice 1950's built bungalow.Always hire a 3rd party property inspector to give you an unbiased feel for the home.
