No that I have a bunch of 5 star reviews I price my high house slightly higher than my competition because I can get it especially  during the peak season and during peak events.

I would like to stop providing it as low season is starting for me here in Florida, but several of my five star reviews have mentioned it specifically so I will probably just keep providing it.I know I overdo it in terms of amenities but people do seem to appreciate it, they mention it a lot in the reviews, which are 93% 5 star on AirBnB and I guess in the end I want to offer a super nice experience- I can't help wanting people to feel pampered!

I was driving down the 91 a couple days ago and saw a lady driving a car that had a license plate of "A(star)rizzo" and strangely thought of you from BP (lol).

She is number one agent for high end in DPX.. seller was basketball star who fell on some financial woes during the dot.com bust.. so he could not finish his mansion off.. this agent double ended it..

Its adhered seams are not as strong as TPOs heat welded seams and EPDM is a black rubber roof with very low emmisivity making it  extremely hot vs. a TPO roof which is energy star rated and highly emissive making it stay cool even in the middle of the summer.

Also his online reviews all 5 stars yet this agent hasn't sold more than 2-3 houses.
