One that can still be doable, but you are now talking reframing, etc. 

If it's doable at a reasonable cost, it will lower expenses for residents and also create quieter interior spaces- both great options for increasing resident satisfaction.Good luck with your acquisition!

This approval really hit home for me, because along the way I came across one attorney who charged me $750 for a feasibility study, to determine if what I wanted to do was doable.

It is doable but not until you have your first property.

It seems doable but there would be work involved.

Most importantly the property values are doable and there are never a shortage of qualified applicants who make a good buck and are just looking for a place to hang a hat.Lastly you can always sell it because someone is always buying around there.

It's hard to get cash flow here, but if you are doing it as a hedge against appreciation that sounds doable.

Doable within a year I think...
