Stop nickel and diming your expense cuts, and cut the big expense items, not the small ones! 

However, I don't know anyone that will cut a check by monday for a million dollars. ;-) They have no clue who you are and aren't going to risk losing a cool million.

@Brandon Metzler - depending on the wording in your current Contract/Agreement, you "may" be able to simply Assign the contract to another buyer.

My property managers use Zillow to list rental properties simply because, in my market, it gets taken more seriously.

My In-laws checked into dividing their 10 acres into two 5 acre parcels and simply selling the other half, but the city told them the only option would be to keep 1 acre and sell 9 or keep all 10. 

The unique layout allows one to view Row By Row.Sort of a  A 30,000 ft View of whats on the table for this neighborhood .It is a minimal look to simply demonstrate numbers  - Cash , Repairs, ARV and Rent returns if property is held. 

Are there any easements cutting through the property?

My question is, is it ok to simply get back to them and say there  are better qualified candidates?
