Nothing quick with this.I think it's a stretch to say moving the pole in the middle of the night will work...and without permitting you'll be looking at penalties...Sounds like you're on the right path..lots of red tape, but hopefully you have a pleasant experience working with everyone involved. 

You either need to proactively seek the information, or hire advisors and pay them for their expertise.

If you don't, the tenant can sue for the whole deposit, 2x the deposit as a penalty, and their legal fees.

But those with more complex situations do seek an accountant.

There are no prepayment penalties and no restrictions on what you can do with the proceeds of the 401k loan. 

Any early penalties for payoff on this deal?
