I would request response from the seller confirming they have agreed and will sign as needed...If the seller has no issue with this (as it sounds) then I don’t see why they aren’t signing.

This has amounted to just 9 showings scheduled after screening. 3 didn’t show. 2 weren’t interested, we weren’t interested in 2. 1 has not responded to request for financial Docs.

Their problem is not COVID-19, but the firestorm of price requests from wholesalers hoping to tie up a property on a 20-day price quote, and then attempt to find a buyer. 

For those with experience, what is your big picture approach / policy / advice for how we should handle our tenants and these requests for reduced or no rent as they come in?
