Browsing the internet I came to this website and someone on here said, why pay for what you can get for free on the net.

I always laugh at the term "slumlord", (BTW, I am slumlord*** -my real first name---on another non REI website) because it was once jokingly applied to me, by a good friend.

Yes deals come to me more readily, yes knowing my market does help, but a deal is still just a deal whether it comes easy, hard, or not at all.But your right, I am probably missing something?

The website that gives you the accreditation also says they will help you market yourself and all that other hoopla.

I am talking about without using mls, foreclosure websites etc.

I have seen my website traffic increase, but it is still only a couple dozen "unique" visitors per day with 0 usable leads.

We're still an emerging co. so no website as of yet, but we're working on that.
