Hi all - I"ve come across several seller-financed notes where the seller/note holder is "self-servicing" the note vs boarding it with a servicing platform.

And 99 times out of 100 (again, depending on how your governing documents are written), this is perfectly legal and legit as it is a change to a Policy/Procedure, not a change to the By Laws.
