I’ll save the giant sob story of my financial downfall for the last four years, and I’ll jump right into my issue.My credit is absolutely horrible, as well as my mortgage payment history for the last two years.

Long story short, the building wasn't for me but I ended up buying 2 commercial properties with the commercial agent since then and am hoping to get another under contract this week.

I have heard a lot of horror stories regarding redemptions.

Long story short, we operate a couple of different businesses from home and our space in our home is rather tight to live and work efficiently.

Sounds like a sob story a tenant would write to get you  to rent to them .  

Obviously these stories make me hesitant of looking in Pueblo, but these aren't seasoned investors either.

It's stories and experiences like these that keeps me inspired!
