I am new to this platform so am still figuring out all of the components this forum has to offer.  

I'm starting to see most people seem to be playing the market in regards to appreciation, which in turn is essentially gambling in my eyes (although, some markets require it for a profitable outcome).

@Heath M.If she is like most every other kid these days maybe she can run a social media platform for your business.

I see investors on this platform all the time talk about scaling their business quickly and having portfolios of 10, 20, 40+ rental properties.

You can open an account with a crowdfunding platform or a brokerage house in the name of the IRA-owned LLC. 

I did some research and came across multiple posts indicating that Auction.com is not the best platform.

You can see some good pictures of recently renovated mid-range priced houses that have been sold but not yet closed if you check out any of the residential listing platforms to see what the finished product might look like.
